We are so lucky to get to meet such wonderful people. The other week we were invited to join White Light Events at their very 1st Manchester Mind Body Spirit. I'm a little late releasing this episode as I got caught up listening back and taking in what we had talked about. What a lovely episode with just the three of us. It was a pleasure to catch up with Premdevi (Founder of Kanti, Home of Yoga, Beauty and Holistic Therapys). We haven't seen her since her move from Nottinghamshire to Cornwall. In this episode, Prem tells us all about her spiritual path, living in Glastonbury and settling in Cornwall. We get to catch up and chat about Yoga, Ayurveda and lots of other spiritual topics. David tells us about his spiritual path and journey into sound therapy. It's is so interesting to learn about the different types of singing bowl, how they are made and how energy is put into them.
