What a wonderful episode to record. Our wonderful guest for this episode Vicky Davison is originally from Northumberland in the UK but now has built a successful Life Coach, Vitaliry Coach and Motivation Speaker business in Germany. 

 

Vicky talks to us about so much including her spiritual journey to Germany, vitality, and looking after a healthy gut. We talk about the food industry and challenges we face in our day to day diet. We were absolutely blown away listening to Vicky explain the 'Stone age' blue print and fight or flight.
